I first tried yoga to help work on my breathing and prevent panic attacks but was then rewarded with all the other benefits.  

Jill has such a spiritual presence--when I walked in the door and spoke with her for the first time I knew I was going to have a great experience! She understands the anatomy of the body and is also very knowledgeable about the history of the yoga practice. She is excellent at guiding me through a moving meditation; I always feel so good leaving her class. 

Some of my favorite things: her savasana assists (the best- in my opinion!) and her spiritual connection with her students.

I recently came to yoga to reestablish some balance in my life and Jill’s classes are perfect. She is a caring, inspiring instructor with a loyal following—many of us plan our weeks so that we can attend her classes!  She patiently leads her students through each pose, focusing on proper form and breathing, and us all to bring awareness to our practice. Her classes are challenging but not grueling; I leave each class feeling physically stronger and mentally prepared to tackle my day.
